As the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Dr. Nishank had given new direction to the state for promotion of economy, education, agriculture etc., which had made him people’s leader. As the Minister of Human Resource Development, he had brought his vision through National Education Policy 2020 to build the new generations of this country, which is the most aspirational and futuristic document to guide the youth of the nation. His heartful leadership style filled with compassion and kindness has been demonstrated through the institutions he built up for the indigenous children of Uttarakhand. His ideas and vision reflected through his creation of 300 books, published in 12 different Indian languages and English are having the power to shape the lives.

Director, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre

Dr. Ajit Kumar Mohanty is a distinguished physicist and scientist. He has held several honorary positions at various organizations. He has served as General Secretary and later as President of the Indian Physics Association (IPA), as the Spokesperson, India-CMS collaboration, as Director, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, and Director, Physics Group, BARC. He has twice been the CERN Scientific Associate, first during 2002-2004 and again during 2010-2011.He is the first person from Odisha to hold the position of Director, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. He is a recipient of the Young Physicist Award from the Indian Physical Society in 1988, the Indian National Science Academy Young Scientist Award in 1991 and the Homi Bhabha Science and Technology Award of the Department of Atomic Energy in 2001.

Director, Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, DRDO, Odisha

Shri Harekrishna Ratha is a leader in Planning, Design, Development and Implementation of the widespread communication network of ITR. Under your his leadership, the communication network of the Range has been enhanced and extended to newer launch complexes and remote instrument sites, the voice and data communication infrastructure have been upgraded with state of the art systems. He has led the Central Data Processing team of ITR for design and development of Real Time Data processing and display software which replaced the legacy software. He has been a leader in development of CDMA based Flight Termination System and SDR based Flight Termination systems providing complete indigenous solutions independent of overseas sources. For your his contribution towards Test and Evaluation of flight vehicles, you have he has been awarded with the Prestigious Agni Award For Excellence in Self Reliance in the year 2017 and for the contribution towards Design, Development and Demonstration of MRSAM System, he has been awarded with the DRDO Award For Performance Excellence in the year 2016.

Dr. K.K. Aggarwal is an administrator, a leader and a prolific researcher. He has been associated with National Board of Accreditation, India in various capacities since its inception and was Chairman, EEAC (Tier-II) before taking over as Chairman, NBA. As Chairman, NBA, he has acted as a pillar of maintaining the quality of Higher Education in the country. He has served as Founder Vice Chancellor of GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. He has been the President of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), President of Computer Society of India and President of South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC). He has been widely consulted by the industry, most-notable for his contribution towards the Reliability Analysis for PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle). He haspublished approximately 400 papers in the journals of national and international repute. He has been conferred with the Honorary Fellowship by Broadcast Society of India. He has been declared as the Man of Decade, Man of the Century and finally, Man of the Millennium by American Bibliographical Institute, USA and was conferred L.C. Verman Award by the Institute of Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineers. He has got decorated with Life Time Achievement Award by IETE and also by Computer Society of India.

Dr. Asoka Kumar Das is an administrator, a leader and a prolific researcher. He has served asthe Vice Chancellor of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and as Vice Chairperson of the Odisha State Higher Education Council, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. He haspublished more than 150 research papers in the journals of national and international repute. He has been the head of laser and Plasma Technology Division of the Bhaba Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and a member coordinator in different five-year plan projects and a member of the advisory committee in the department of science and technology. He has won several awards and commendations.

His contribution as invited speaker, Keynote speaker, visiting academician, expert member, reviewer, editor and in various other roles has been enormous. He is a Fellow of IE (I), a Member of ASME, a Sr. Member of IEEE, a Life Member of ISTE and of Association for Machines and Mechanisms(AMM), a Member of ISTAM, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Since 2003, he has been with Division of Advanced IT, Baekseok University in Korea where he became a tenured professor in 2015. He has been the Vice-president of Convergence Society for Small & Medium Business. He currently has 30 more publications in reputed international journals and edited 4 Springer books of currently interested topics. He has published over 110 academic articles in many prestigious journals. He has pioneered the application of Dempster-Shafer Theory of Belief Functions to audit judgment. He has received the 2017 Award for Notable Contribution to AIS Literature from the AIS Section of American Accounting Association, 1996 Award for Notable Contribution to AI & Expert Systems Research in Accounting from the AI/Emerging Technology Section of the American Accounting Association, 2020 Outstanding Research Award from the Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation for his dedicated service towards promotion of education and research the world over, Glory of India Award by India International Friendship Society, New Delhi, 2017 Baxendale Innovation Award from Innovation and Collaboration Division of The University of Kansas for the outstanding research, innovation, and contributions to commercialization of KU technology.
